I've known Emily for several years, having worked with her at Thomas Cook - and we are a tight-knit bunch us "Ex-Cookies". Why should people want to get to know her? In this age of "all-things-social-media" she is a beacon of sincerity and light, and is great fun to be around. She always (and I mean always!) cares more about either you - or her daughter - than herself, and that is a quality that is in very short supply these days in good old Post-Brexit Blighty. You should want to get to know Emily because if she likes you she will give you her time; her views if (you ask for them!); her laughs and her love of all things "The Script"...hmm perhaps not...he he.
