To many I am mystery as I am a complex melting pot of interests, beliefs, and characteristics...
I spend a little too much time digging around the alternative media but I also love the frivolity of Royal Family gossip!
I split my time between the country (where I have a 700 year old house) and London (where I have a modern studio). I can be highly introverted but yet also the centre of a party. I love to backpack without a destination in mind, but then I need to have total control of other aspects of my life like career and finances.
I love old pubs with dart boards, sticky floors, and dimple glasses but yet I love nothing more than a glass or champagne in a 5 star hotel - some months I think my salary should be paid directly to Browns and Liberty :-)
In terms of politics I am both conservative and liberal, depending on the situation.
Religion is important to me - I am very lucky to have found St Luke's in Holloway, but I also attend the Unitarian Church in Hampstead, and a Spiritual Circle in Hampshire. As they say Faith is about having hope in something greater not knowledge. I am without question a "bad christian" just trying to find purpose and meaning on this crazy/precious/infuriating/hectic/short/ long journey of life.

I don't mind if:
- You work in an office or trade so long as you must have a reasonable tolerance for risk and adventure. Ideally you'll be a bit of both!
- You enjoy a drink so long as you are not married to the pub.
- have a little/a lot of money so long as you are mindful to think of the future and are not irresponsible with debt. As they say, it's not what you've got but what you do with it that matters :-)
- You describe yourself as religious, spiritual, or agnostic, so long as you aren't an atheist. After all, how can any of us have certainty about the uncertain?
- You are divorced or have children. So long as you are ready for a new chapter :-)
- How you look. It's the chemistry that's important!
To summarise, my idea partner is fun, open-minded, inquisitive, gentle, and accepts my need to have time in both the city and country. Ideally you will travel about with me, or just accept that there will be times that we spend a few days apart.
