Perhaps like you, I've tried most other roads and eventually I'm on a dating site and I wish there was another way! ...but seriously, mere words without a voice can be misleading so I'd much rather be talking.

I like a smiling face, mountains, chalk streams, music in the right place - silence at the right time. I like to read history, and to watch comedy, tennis, and rugby internationals.
I like animals and the countryside. Also sunny climes and "doing" holidays rather than lying by pools.
I'm well travelled, and I like art - paintings especially. I am naturally optimistic and very personable, thoughtful, easy-going, positive, level-headed and light-hearted. I'm quite social.
My natural openness shows. I like nights in to validate nights out - or is it the other way around?
I wear my natural openness on my sleeve. I like sunny climes rather than the cold - with the exception of being in mountains, the grandiosity of which are humbling. Living in London I miss the sea and I am in half a mind to move to the country. I tried it once but met nobody. Now I would like someone to share my adventures.

This limits one but without knowing exceptions, I would like someone who is aware, intelligent, open, knows what a knife and fork are for, has decent people for friends, values animals, appreciates what she has, is level-headed and and and...but I don't judge on those things, they're just what I like before the search.
