As a friendship group we have a vacancy for a permanent position, and we would like interested candidates to apply to the role of "Sarah's Husband".

Job description: Provider of fine company, intellectual and interesting conversationalist. Capable of emotional depth and willing to engage in wine-sozzled speech-making and sentimentality as required. We already have a talented cocktail maker in the circle so culinary ability would be an excellent complimentary role. Will be required to attend gigs to watch Sarah sing as number 1 fan. Needs to be able to entertain oneself or be willing to join in when Sarah wants to do yoga.

Personal Specification:
Excellent table manners
Needs to live up to Sarah's dad
Ideally would own a dog, even better if small

Perks of the role: Sarah's husband will lead a very happy life. She's interesting, successful, emotionally intelligent, hilariously funny and obviously (you've seen the photos) absolutely gorgeous. She also has great friends who are committed (cos we love her!) but not too needy.

Equalities act: No candidate will be discriminated against due to ethnicity. Due to some intimate duties performed as part of the role, male gender is specified. A strong built physique would be preferred, along with a fine shock of hair... although if the right candidate thought that they could bring different attributes to the role this would also be considered.
