About him
I enjoy being outdoors. I regularly go kayaking, paddle boarding, walking, cycling and running.
I’m doing 20 events in 2020; unfortunately Covid has meant a lot of these have been virtual events. This makes them harder than normal - running half and full marathons on your own is boring!
I seem to find myself looking at really difficult challenges and then end up booking them - just to warn you!
I do enjoy chilled nights in too. I'm ok at cooking, I love a BBQ in the summer, I like trying new dishes and then only cook only that for ages!
I'm an organised person, and try to fit a lot into the days. I'd prefer to go to bed at a reasonable time and then get up early and getting going with the day.
During the first part of lockdown I volunteered to make face visors for local hospitals and care-homes. I think we made 17,000.
I also volunteer at a local kayaking club & running club.
I'm definitely a glass half full kinda guy, and keen to encourage people to get into sports.
Looking for my partner in crime, to try new things with and ideally looking for long term.
