I've known "newpathways" since we were at nursery school; we've always been good friends, her mum ran the cub scout pack I was in, and she was married for a long time to my bestie at secondary school.

She and I have shared several great nights in restaurants over the last couple of years when I've visited the area, mulling over memories and life with a bottle of wine, laughing lots, and ending up with aching faces as a result. Through this, I know that while she's quite content with life, she doesn't have too many single friends to spend time and do things with, and she'd really like to find someone to share evenings like we do.

She has a ready laugh, she's intelligent, and she is such good company as a two or in a group. I know she has a passion for travel, and enjoys getting out into the countryside, specially if there's a pub meal, or coffee and cake, at the end of it. I haven't yet found anything in a glass that she doesn't finish! I think she looks amazing, so much younger than her years.

She's just a wee bit reluctant to jump into online dating, having heard too many horror stories. She's also far too modest to promote herself as she should. It's such a shame, because I'd really like her to be happy with a good guy that wants the best for her and respects her, someone interesting, someone who's her equal, and who shares similar values in the important things in life, someone who can give quality time. If you're that person, you'll have the best partner for the rest of your life.
