My friends describe me as fun, loyal, positive, calm and organised. I am someone who likes a plan but is not unwilling to divert from it if needed. Time invested on holiday is important to me preferring the sun rather than the cold and trips further afield are preferred.
But when closer to home my time is spent walking, running, general fitness and socialising including enjoying good food and wine, cocktails and theatre and always leaving time for meditation or mindfulness.
