A few of the many ways I spend my time are, a coffee watching the world go by, a travel adventure, discovering new skills, dance classes, philosophy, craft work, gardening, there's so much to do! Peace and quiet, meditation, walk the dog (if you have one!), lazy days, busy days! :-)) Important values to me are being non judgemental, kindness, honesty, open 2 way communication, fun , light hearted, patience.
