I have reluctantly slipped into my 50s during lockdown and am still hoping to ‘celebrate’ with an 80s festival and good friends.
I work in education so tend to have a split-life of term-time / holidays. I need to work on a better balance and 'seize the day' a bit more...and hoping to find someone to help me to do this. I'm fairly independent and can be confident in some settings but I am happiest with a small group of friends.
I enjoy being active: dogs walks, badminton, bike rides etc, but also love a Friday night with a bit of Gogglebox, a sofa and a takeaway!

I am tall and would therefore like to meet a man that I won't tower over when in heels!
I am hoping to meet someone whom I can laugh with and who will enjoy eating out, travel, comedy nights and 'gentle sport' ... I am not an adrenaline junkie and the height of a child's high-rope course has been known to paralyse me with fear...

My intelligent, beautiful, funny, caring, hard-working Mum-of-one best friend is back on the dating scene. The last couple of years haven't been easy and dating was just not on her radar. It's on mine, though, and I always think that life is too short to hang around - so here we go!
I have mentioned that she is a Mum; both Guinevere865 and her ex are great parents to their sporty eleven-year old son. She is a rare find! She is kind, caring and loving.
She is honest and trustworthy and will always help a friend in need.
Her compassion is shown through her love of animals, especially dogs. She is most happiest in her jeans, on a sunny day, walking her dog on the beach or in the woods.
She has a job where she needs to be pretty sensible but she has a wicked sense of humour, a contagious laugh and is so much fun to be around.
Her nickname is "Squirrel" as she can be indecisive and flit from one activity to another but it means that there is never a dull moment when she is around!
