My best male pal, who's known me years, wrote this to describe me: "Pippa's a most unusual, unique woman. She's genuinely caring, affectionate, intelligent and fun-loving and equally happy exploring the countryside or curled up reading an exciting thriller. She has a damned good figure and a cracking pair of pins. She has an almost unique love of all things mechanical, which should delight anyone of a similarly inquisitive disposition. So, what can I add:
I love laughter and witty conversation and finding the joy in little everyday things.
My happy place is sat with a hot chocolate, watching the beautiful colours of the sun setting over the sea. I love watching the ever-changing scene especially on those stormy days when the waves are so loud and dramatic.
My favourite memory is going for long walks with my Dad as a kid and having to climb over people's fences and take dodgy short cuts to find our way home..... Dad chuckling to himself like a naughty kid as we were shouted at .... and telling us not to tell Mum. I love that sense of mischief and playfulness that he's passed on to me.
I'm spiritual and intelligent and always curious to learn more about myself and others. I'm always open to trying new things, because who knows what I might be missing out on!
I really love hugs, kisses, and cuddling up with someone special. And walking along the beach or exploring a characterful house or beautiful garden, hand in hand.
I'm thoughtful and definitely the best person to have beside you in a crisis because I'm a calm, empathic, good listener and good at finding ways forward, having been through many life challenges myself.
In my work I've made a difference to lots of people's lives by bringing them back their confidence and joy in life through fun experiences they thought they'd never have.
I love fixing things. I enjoy reading/listening to podcasts where I learn about people's lives.
