About him
My friends would describe me as a good listener who is a joy to spend time with and spend time talking to. I am fond of music, football, and writing as a hobby, and I’m quite a relaxed individual. I enjoy talking about all manner of subjects, including those I’m not particularly well versed in, and spending time with my friends. There are still plenty of things that I would like to do and experience in life and in the world, and would like someone to share those experiences and that life with.

I've got lots of male friends, but of all of them, Tom is the one where I find myself thinking "WHY IS HE STILL SINGLE??" the most often. He's one of the kindest people I know, and *always* has time to check whether I'm ok if we've not spoken for a couple of days. He's one of my best friends, and in large part that's because he's such a good listener who pays attention to what I'm saying, remembers it, and makes me feel like he actually knows me rather than just being interested in being entertained. This is important in friendship, but probably even more so in a romantic relationship, and I'd trust Tom to be the kind of boyfriend I'd want for any of my girlfriends.
I feel like Tom needs a partner who's as sensitive, loyal and considerate as he is, who wants to have meaningful conversations, and who is thoughtful and introspective rather than materialistic or shallow. Honesty is important to him, so I hope he finds someone who appreciates that, and who is equally honest.
My favourite things about spending time with Tom include planning outfits for meals out (last time we were Casual Americans), walking and talking, watching documentaries together (and talking all the way through) and pretending to be each other's psychotherapist on Facetime. It is a very fun game, and he makes me laugh a lot, which is one of the best things about him.
