Practical, hard working and optimistic gentlemanly fella that due to lifestyle choices (overseas working mainly) has managed against the odds to remain single. Now settled, stable and back in UK keen to change the trajectory that threatens to turn him into a workaholic recluse. Old fashioned values and morals, terrible at flirting and no understanding of body language, anybody want to nudge me back on track? It’d be worth it, I’d be no good in a pub quiz but you could hope for no better companion if marooned on an island.

Not naive enough to believe there’s an ideal match out there, and don’t have a definitive checklist. However if you’re appreciative of a conscientious and attentive partner, have a sense of humour, are feminine and not beyond intimacy then there’s a starting point. Other than that I’m broad brush in my search and can think of no deal breakers.My life’s uncomplicated and I’d not complicate yours.
