Hmmm, well, I'm reasonably sane, reasonably solvent, independent but affectionate.
I cook for a living but it's also my passion so you will be very well fed!
I like doing practical things with my hands, building and creating but I'm also quite smart and I enjoy classical music, poetry, art galleries and ideas.
I really like people, I like listening to them, they often make me laugh and sometimes they make me furious (most politicians rather than me getting into fights) but people are fascinating.
And I love the outdoors, gardening, walks to the pub and west Wales.
