I have eaten a healthy plant-based diet for 29 years and have experienced excellent health as a result. I enjoy a mixture of quiet, deep conversation, and having a laugh.
✨ Am a private plant-based chef (sometimes travel with work) and recipe developer/author. I am a life coach and massage therapist and have lots of experience running retreats and workshops.
✨ Home-schooled my son (he's now 25 and I see him once in a while and we get on really well).
✨ I listen to podcasts. Have a growth mindset and fascination with what it means to be human. Especially inspired by Peter Crone and Joe Dispenza lately. I often read books or enjoy conversations that help me understand the mystery of being human, about being real and living a fulfilling life.
