Dave seems to have everything sorted. He cooks, he cleans, he buys his own clothes and he remembers all his friends' birthdays. He works hard - ask him about the awards he's won, because he won't tell you otherwise - and he's happy going out with his mates or listening to music at home. So... what's the catch?
Well, perhaps it's his fondness for white wine, rather than the decent red stuff. Perhaps it's that he prefers to holiday in Italy and not Ibiza. Perhaps it's that he'll watch 'The West Wing' instead of 'Footballers Wives'.
He's got his own hair, his own home and his own car. His sense of humour is on the threshold of dark, his taste in music is nigh-on impeccable (although I struggle with Toto, sorry, but I do) and he has no divorces, children or closeted skeletons to deal with. Sadly he doesn't have a cat but, on the plus side, neither does he have mice.
