About him
First off, I’m a northerner - north-west if that helps - although I’ve lived for more than half of my life away from there, the accent comes out on certain occasions. I’m lucky to have spent time living in the U.S and France and still travel a bit with my job. I work in sport/media and can be found beavering away in ‘up and coming’ Paddington most days. Where the office is. Not watching the trains. (That'd be weird).
I'm a bit of a Glastonbury regular, so 6 Music covers most of the eclectic stuff I listen to and Spotify has become my best new music buddy. I do love to travel and can reel off the rest of the stuff about preferring dogs over cats, liking both coffee and tea and that the lilies my favourite flower. But I wont.

There's no perfect formula I'm sure. Just looking for someone to share some time with, have a drink, go to a gig or catch a film and see where it goes. Maybe you'll have travelled - or are from outside the UK - but you probably now live here in the south-east. You're not looking for massive changes in your life and I promise that I'm not looking to change anyone. And hopefully you feel the best is yet to come!

Neil is a complete star. I have known him for years. He is an old and very dear friend of my boyfriend. Where to start on the positives? Neil is witty, generous, intelligent, warm, a real charmer. Big-hearted, down-to-earth but a fun and interesting to know northerner. He is impossible not to like. Neil is one of the most thoughtful blokes I have met. He even remembers my friend's birthdays when I don't and sends them a happy birthday message (needless to say he is very well-liked). He is a star Uncle Neil to his brother's kids and they are as crazy about him as everyone else.
Neil is one of the most loyal and thoughtful men I know. For my partner's birthday he sent a bottle of champagne to the hotel room as a surprise for us to enjoy. A true gem that you will be so grateful to know. Neil can't do enough for you and is always keen to organise nights out and get togethers to keep everybody connected. Neil always makes time for you and respecting and rewarding friendships is a big part of what he is about. He is a real enthusiast about the personal (i.e.most important) parts of life.
He is also one of the smartest and wittiest guys you could meet. He knows something about everything but is so modest he would never let on. Sports, politics, music, media, film (with a particular fancy for Korean ones), art, foreign cultures - you name it and Neil already has an interest or will be keen to take one. Great over a chat in the pub. Neil is always up for a good laugh or a serious debate - unfussy or particular because no matter what he always enjoys himself. Even if its dancing to Elvis tunes at 3 in the morning (sorry Neil, memory is serving me for once!).
Neil will make the deserving woman very happy. But hurry up because once the secret is out, this game will be up quickly. Guys like him are the diamonds in the rough. Trust me :-)
