I have lived in a small village in Somerset for the last 8 years, I work from home as a tech support engineer, which can be interesting sometimes, but often not! Ian is my brother and I have known him all his life. On the surface he may appear to be rather independent but underneath he is a warm hearted individual who really cares for his family and friends. He is always there for you in a crisis and is extremely practical, so usually comes up with a solution to most problems. He is also a very good listener. He doesn't like to be beaten by a project and is always up for a challenge.
He is not the most domesticated person and I would not like to share an office with him as he is rather disorganised, although he always knows where everything is! He's a real softy where animals are concerned.
He is also a bit of a petrolhead, enjoying most aspects of motorsport. In the past he has actively participated in classic car sprints and hill climbs and still enjoys off-road driving. He is also a great mechanic and can usually diagnose what is wrong with anything with four wheels and an engine.
