Jan (pronounced Yan!) has a top smile that can't fail to make you laugh. He would be the first person I'd call in a crisis as he is so level headed and laid back it immediately calms you down. He is quiet in a reassuring, confident kind of a way but don't be fooled into thinking that you'll have to find all the conversation. If you manage to tap into his wavelength then he can easily chat into the wee small hours. He loves his cat Patricia, who is actually a boy, DON'T ask! He does a great roast and is fairly domesticated. His advice is usually solid and well balanced and he isn't afraid to be controversial. He is a loyal friend and always happy to put himself out.
