Isy and I met in Turkey - making a windsurfing video - at least ten, possibly fifteen years ago - we laughed a lot then and have carried on ever since.
She's a really good windsurfer, a good sailor and a good skier (damn - I think she's better than me now). But if you need to bring her back down to earth - just take her out on a mountain bike down a few gnarly trails... you will laugh - and so will she!
Isy is independent, loves life, loves people, can come across as confident but look into those blue blue eyes and find her lovely warm heart.
I think Isy pictures herself with a surf dude, barefoot with a beanie hat - but actually she just wants a mate, to chill with, hike with, muck about with - and - watch music videos.
Isy's probably happiest on the beach or in the mountains, but will give anything a go - races this week for Ladies' Day.
Probably not the one if posh restaurants and ball-gowns are high on your list.
