Equally happy with a cuppa and a good book as she is sipping champagne at a posh work do, Rach is one of those people who is both interesting and genuinely interested in whoever she meets. It's the simple things in life that make her happy: good wine (and whisky), tasty food and long walks. And by "long walks", I mean really long - she set herself the challenge of walking 1,000 miles last year, and, like everything she puts her mind to, she did it.
