I've known Louise for a long, long time and we've had some fantastic times together - we've travelled to Dubai and Boston and always had a lot of fun and laughs. We have a very similar sense of humour.... We love going for cocktails, comedy nights and we even occasionally work out together. Louise is very beautiful, inside and out.... she also has a fantastic bod because she's been training herself and others for a long time. She has an extremely demanding job which she is very professional about plus she runs her own personal training company in her spare time, she has an avid bunch of followers in her bootcamp too, although it's not all pain I promise! Did I also mention that as well as her love of travelling, she's also a top cook too, she loves her two grown sons and two dogs in equal measure and is also really into CRICKET!!!!??? I'm lucky to count Lou as one of my top friends.
