Catherine is genuinely a lovely person, she has been in my life for 6 years now and I really don't know where I would be without her.
Her passion about everything she turns her hand to is infectious, and she is quite possibly the most intelligent person I know. This intelligence has been put to good use over the years, including her invention of the 'rum watermelon' which had messy consequences!
Catherine knows how to have a good time, be it on a night out, or a cosy night in with a film and friends, and if your lucky she will spice up jumpy moments with a well timed scream! You are just as likely to find Catherine out in the countryside, either walking her dog, or at work - in her ever so practical bright pink waterproof.
Catherine is an amazing friend, supportive and caring, and a great listener, and can't help but cheer you up with her sense of humour.
