I live in the countryside and am happy with my lifestyle. I enjoy all the seasons and what each one brings. One of my interests is viewing and collecting art as well as learning French and spending time over there soaking up the culture. I also enjoy walking in and exploring the local countryside as well as other areas of the UK and London.
In the past I have travelled as far as Australia as well as continental Europe and Central America and enjoy seeing new cultures and soaking up the atmosphere of new places.
I regularly swim and love cooking and can often be seen sitting in local cafes with a coffee either reading the newspaper, working or catching up with friends and colleagues.

Ideally I would like to meet a man who speaks some French, has lived abroad or is aware that there is more to life than his small corner of England. I love France: the cafe's, the food, the culture as well as exploring other cultures, so, someone who understands where I am coming from would be good. Must like exercise and enjoy the countryside and doesn't mind me being a little batty.
