Paddy is a chef - a job that has taken him to such far flung locales as Bermuda and France. He has hosted some pretty mean dinner parties in his time which are still talked about years later!
He knows all of London's secret haunts and has a lovely big group of friends. His weekends are always jam packed! He likes going to the pub, trying new restaurants and likes his sport.
Paddy is definitely a family guy and is not a bad babysitter!
