So then Ladies. Firstly I should start by saying I would snap this guy up myself if I wasn't married, and believe me, I'm one fussy girl!
I am lucky enough to have Franco in my life by a string of very random events but I'll let him tell you about that when you meet him!

The short story is that he is my very fabulous personal trainer and now friend for life. Yes that's right girls, a personal trainer, and a blooming good one (he kills me) at that! Franco is a rare and special find. Being Ex forces he has incredible banter and wit about him which has me in stitches every time we are together. Another plus of being Ex army is he's a real protector whist having the softest most sweet natured side to boot. How he does it, I do not know. But I'm sure every girl out there would do anything for a guy like that!

Franco is quite simply the most kind, compassionate, caring and loving person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I would say that more than anything, his kind and nurturing nature defines him. He has a real love for people and a very genuine interest in their life's and feelings. I don't know anyone that Franco's not helped in a positive way, and you will never find a bad word said about this man who in my eyes is a hero. But he can tell you about that bit too.
He is the founder of a children's charity, a personal trainer, and the best friend you could ever ask for. I say this very sincerely.

Now I like to poke fun at F and tease him about being an old codger being 15 years older than me. However, here is the cold harsh truth (and this pains me to say).This man could out run me, dance me, party me, and wit me any day of the week. He's the youngest 47 year old I've met, whist not in a peter pan way. He knows how to keep fit, have fun, and most importantly he has a big heart with a huge amount of love to give to one very special lady.
If you want to meet a genuinely GOOD person, who will make you laugh until you have perfect abs, he is your man.
