When Redmund approached me to take on the intimidating task of writing up his MSF profile, I scratched my head. Where on earth do I begin, I thought, with condensing the myriad attributes of this fine young man into one dating website-friendly soundbite?

Well, I'm not going to talk about his massively endearing, fun-loving attitude and extraordinary ability to charm and befriend perfect strangers in the blink of an eye.

I'm not going to talk about his lust for life, endless itinerary of past travel destinations (including a trip to Argentina spent in its entirety wearing an England shirt) and unquenchable thirst for new experiences (and fine vodkas).

I'm not going to dwell on his bottomless well of anecdotes and funny stories, or his well-earned reputation as Manchester's finest raconteur (those raccoons are a pest and need to be taken care of).

Nor am I going to fill this write up lauding his supportiveness and loyalty, or waxing lyrical about how I and many others are honoured to call him a friend.

What I will say is this: if you want to meet a guy who will make you wet yourself with laughter, have you and your friends wondering at the miracle of online dating and launch you into a whole new dimension of fun, then ladies - look no further. Also, have you ever met anyone called Redmund??? Didn't think so. Unique.
