Variously described as a lateral thinker, intelligent, fun, attractive
(am English, this is difficult) good listener ("never" said someone else), approachable. I enjoy; good design, things that have proved their value, their worth, interesting buildings, most music, walking, cooking, fresh air of which there is plenty in my mediaeval farmhouse, exploring, (have lived overseas). Am a member of a local Tennis Club, and a "Dinner at Maggie's then Film Club". The only magazine subscription I've ever had was The Economist, years ago. No TV, I listen to Classic FM and Radio 4 a fair bit. I like water, sailing, sun, and rain. I like "hopping" weather, reminds me of the Channel Islands. Classic cars. I like being introduced to new ideas,sitting on my robust coffee table (with flames flickering in a quality glass while sipping fine wine), in front of the inglenook sharing stories, or perhaps outside (with the owl hooting) under a parasol on a balmy summer's evening. the ducks splashing. And flirting, and laughing. I like being encouraged to think, with a smile and sharing. Life has given me many options. Happy enough alone, but I do enjoy good company. One, plus one, can be far more than two and surprises happen all the time, I feel a smile playing!
