About her
I would describe myself as a quietly confident girl, happy with my life and with a positive outlook. I have been very engaged professionally in my earlier life, however, since my daughter was born (soon 4 years ago), I've slowed down considerably.... and have discovered how much more life has got to offer! Although I'm not originally from this country (I'm Austrian), I really like it here, and have come to grow healthy roots in the South of England.
I like being outside, never liked fitness centres! However, I really value a comfortable home, where I can entertain friends and where people feel comfortable to just pop in or - if coming from further away - stay over. I'm quite easy going and adaptable when it comes to day-to-day living and my friends would say I easily fit in anywhere as I'm quite uncomplicated and open minded.
I can't deny my Germanic heritage, which means, I'm probably quite rational and down-to-earth, quite direct and upfront - hopefully in a refreshing way though ;-) I struggle sometimes when people try to drop a hint too politely - I might not get it! Although after 7 years in England, I would say I've probably learnt a bit!
It would be great to meet a genuine, caring and open minded person, well grounded yet lighthearted, emotionally stable yet still excitable, honest and loyal yet with a good sense of humor, to share the good things in life, to encourage and challenge each other, to have fun together and support each other, to grow and learn together.
