About her
Well hello there! Writing this cold so bear with me. I suppose the most surprising thing about me is that my hobby is writing fiction and publishing eBooks. If you can call that a hobby. I love it anyway and it's something that is just mine outside of work and family.
I'm not looking to go clubbing or for someone who wants to get smashed every weekend, I can't take the hangovers anymore! But I do like a laugh and to try new things even if I fail spectacularly.
I am a very optimistic person; my glass is always half full and I can find the humour in most situations. I have absolutely no problem laughing at myself, particularly as I occasionally find myself in ridiculous situations.
I am looking for someone to go on adventures with, someone to challenge me, to make me laugh. Someone to spend the rest of my life with.
Eventually I would like to move to the countryside. My parents live in a rural town so I enjoy going there when I can. What else can I tell you?
My family are important to me, I am half Dutch which is, erm, exotic? I may have got back into Neighbours/Home & Away recently. Although that's just a rumour.
My favourite joke, which only my friends probably laugh at is:
A man walks into a fish and chip shop at closing time and says to the woman behind the counter:
"You got any chips left?"
And the woman behind the counter goes,
"Yeah, I've got loads."
"Well you shouldn't have made so many, should you?"

Fun, caring and creative. Anna is definitely worth getting to know. She'll have you in stitches with anecdotes and stories from her work or even from disastrous internet dates. She's hard-working and successful with a great career and even managing to write and sell novels in her spare time. She loves obscure TV shows, holidays and spa days (though she's only managed one of those in the last 5 years).
I'd say she needs the right kind of man to challenge her independent streak. He'd have to be tall (so she could occasionally wear heels!), fun to be with and great company for dates.
I'm pretty sure that the one for her is out there, it's just a matter of finding time to meet him in between media life, seeing friends and writing the next bestseller.
