I love life and try to see the positive side of everything. Sunshine and smiles are really important to me and so I try to find them both in any situation.
I'm an outdoors girl who is definitely happier in a pair of wellies in the countryside rather than a pair of heels in the city, but that doesn't stop me on the odd occasion. Keeping fit keeps me sane and so you'll find me on my bike, in the gym or in the pool most days but hopefully you'll be the type to join me there.
