About her
I have been a Nurse for many years so like to think I have a caring and sensitive nature. I currently work part time in a local Hospice where we aim to help with symptom management and end of life care . This can be a physical and emotional job but also very rewarding; I have had the privilege of caring for some amazing people and families who have found themselves with major health/life changing problems and difficulties.
Outside of work , I have creative abilities and a practical head on my shoulders .I enjoy gaining relaxation from these abilities and seeing the results in my home and garden.
Spring and summer are my favourite time of year, I love the sunshine, feeling warm, being able to get out into the garden, walking, sightseeing and seeing everything come alive and and into bloom.
I also like good food (seafood or vegetarian), eating out with good company and travelling to interesting places. Am happy to go to the theatre or cinema but neither have an appeal on my own.
I am someone who likes and needs some type of organisation in their lifestyle and reliability and honesty are a must.
Some people may describe me as quiet. I like to think I am thoughtful and mindful of the task or situation that presents. I would acknowledge that I am definitely not the leader of the pack or a wild party animal! That doesn't mean to say that I am not worth getting to know.
I would really love to meet a likeminded gentleman.
