About her
Ok where do I start? I've been living abroad for over 20 years now, most of that time spent in London partly due to my addiction to the art, theatre and live music scene. I've spent the last few years also living in Thailand, Far North Queensland and the UAE where I've yearned for good regular live music and the antics possible only in London. I've been fortunate enough to travel a lot, being a teacher (I teach secondary Art) has its perks, and I try to get away each school break. I'm also a keen scuba diver so try to get as much time blowing bubbles at depth as possible.
Books/Film/Music bit:
I've just finished reading The Long Road to the Deep North, it was brilliant! Life of Pi, Pip, The Book Thief, The Help, The Other Hand, One Day, When God Was a Rabbit, Captain Corelli's Mandolin.
Movies (too many to list really): Little Miss Sunshine, Groundhog Day (and anything else with Bill Murray), Hunger (and anything else with Michael Fassbender), Quentin Tarantino's oeuvre, Pan's Labyrinth, Crazy Stupid Love, The Pianist, Wolf of Wall Street, most Christian Bale films. No Country of Old Men, There Will Be Blood...
Music: can't stop listening to Deerhunter, Beach House and The National at the moment.
