Friends say I'm great fun and it's easy to be in my company. Smiling more often than not and laughter is 100% the best medicine as far as I'm concerned. I run, cycle, swim, practice Reiki and generally like being active and outdoors. I don't watch TV very much at all. Kindness and being conscious of making good choices as far as myself and others are concerned is high on my list of priorities. I don't eat meat, fish or dairy. I'm not materialistic. Travel is very important to me and I'm spontaneous so last minute trips go hand in hand with what some may I am....a little bit of a free spirit. For instance I spent New Years Eve on my own with by dog in The Lakes but have previously spent it on a crammed beach in Thailand with friends. I like my own company but that said, I'm ready to meet someone who I connect with on those levels and more for a long term relationship.
